1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of zenixux.com and all services provided by Zenix UX. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Zenix UX provides UI/UX design, web development, branding, and related digital services.

All deliverables are subject to the agreed scope and timeline. Revisions are unlimited within the agreed project scope.

3. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. A deposit is required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables including design files, code, and assets.

Zenix UX retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and are happy to sign NDAs. Project details are not shared publicly without client consent.

6. Revisions & Scope

Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope are included.

Changes outside the original scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients may cancel at any time. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zenix UX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (Figma, Vercel, hosting providers). We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
